Verbal and Nonverbal Communication
Communication: People think that communication is something different and we don’t know it but actually each and every living thing communicate with one another. Communication is an act of sending and receiving information. It can be through speech, behavior, signs and written. The main purpose of communication is to make people understand and convey information. There are two major divisions in communication as Verbal communication and Non – verbal communication. Non – Verbal Communication: Non – verbal communication is a form of conveying messages in non – linguistic pattern. This includes body gestures, signals, facial expressions, eye contact and many more. Nonverbal cues rely on expressions and replace the verbal messages.
