Personality development is the development of the organized pattern of behaviors and attitudes that makes a person distinctive. It involves enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change. It includes boosting one’s confidence, improving communication and speaking abilities, developing certain hobbies or skills, fine etiquettes and manners, adding style, etc. Personality development is a tool which helps you to realize your capabilities, strength, make you a stronger, happier and a cheerful person.
Tips to enhance the personality Development
·         Always think positive. It makes us to feel strong and confidence.
·         Smile. Always keep smile. It adds to your face value and to your personality as well.
·         Read a few articles in the newspaper loudly. It helps in communicating fluently.
·         Follow table manners and dinning etiquettes.
·         Take good care of your health. Dress well, be neat and organized. 
·         Practice meditation and yoga. It will help you to develop inner peace and harmony that will reflect outside.
·         Try to spend 2 to 4 hours in a day by concentrating on you and for your relaxation.
·         Do not live a monotonous life. Be creative and do something new all the time.
Face all the challenges with confidence
We all go through tough and challenging time. But the thing is how we face it. That’s what makes our life better. When we start to grow up life throws many challenges at us. Maintains work and family everything is difficult challenges and everyone has it. Just think and decide that how to face and overcome it. We need to maintain positive attitude. Because our thoughts, beliefs and ideas make tremendous impacts on our behavior and our actions.  Negative thoughts pulls us down and tend to make us feel sad and depressed. Maintain positive attitude, develop a strong mind and by maintain your emotional quotient.  Build strong relationships. Because friends can help you to overcome from the problems. Learn many things from your own experiences and from others too. This makes us too stronger.
Etiquette
It helps us show respect and consideration to others. Today's etiquette serves several important functions. It makes communication clearer. It will enhance your status at work and it makes good impression.
Business Etiquette
·         Pay attention to everyone and give importance to the oral and the written communication. E.g. (Mail, sms, call, notes etc).
·         Maintain Punctuality. Time delay shows that your work or assignment gets delay. People who are late often to the office are consider as not to be trusted or an unreliable person. Be there before 5-10 minutes for the meeting.
·         Maintain privacy and do not reveal anything about the working organization.
·         Avoid gossiping.
·         Do not talk anything negative about your organization to the client or anyone else.
·         Be polite, kind, calm, with your colleagues, dealers, clients, customers and team members etc.
·         Respects everyone’s opinion and encourage their ideas what anyone says.
·         Dress code plays an important role in this.
·         Wear clothes that fit you well and choose office colors like green, blue, brow, white, black etc.
·         Do not use casual language in written format even if your colleague is your best friend.
·         Use Good vocabulary, strong command over your language. We should be cautious on our words that we use.
