TOEFL iBT

Who can take TOEFL iBT test
         Students those planned for higher education.
      English-language learning programme admissions and exit  Scholarship and certification candidates
 English-language learners who want to track their progress
         Students and workers applying for visas.

 There is no passing or failing TOEFL score.

When and where can I take the TOEFL TEST?
TOEFL test can take in authorized testing center throughout the world. You can contact your local ETS Preferred Associate to find out when and where you can take the test.

The TOEFL Primary tests:
     
  • Assess the general English-language proficiency of young students ages 8+     
  • Provide a snapshot of each student's ability in listening, reading and speaking.     
  • Support teaching and learning by giving information about students' abilities inrelation to a widely accepted international standard.

The TOEFL Junior® speaking test:

A digitally delivered test that measures the student's ability to communicate orally in English in an academic classroom.

The Test of English for International Communication
What is the TOEIC® test like?
There are two parts to the TOEIC test.
  • The Listening and Reading test:                                                                                 This is a paper and pencil test that takes 2.5 hours and is taken at a test Center.       
  • The Speaking and Writing test:                                                                                              This is an online test that is taken in a test center and takes 90 minutes.


Scores:
The TOEIC Reading and Listening gives a score between 10 and 990:
·        905 - 990 International Proficiency
·        785 – 900 Working Proficiency Plus
·        605 – 780 Limited Working Proficiency
·        405 – 600 Elementary Proficiency Plus
·        255 – 400 Elementary Proficiency
·        185 – 250 Memorized Proficiency
·        10 – 180 No Useful Proficiency

TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests are scored out of 200.
